I have pretty much given up watching sports. I think they have been politicized to a point making them unbearable to watch.
From the “woke” advertisement to men been allowed to participate in women’s sports, what once was an outlet to get away from everyday life, has become too absurd, too preachy, and too boring.
In the latest act of stupidity by the United States government, tennis star, Novak Djokovic, has been forced to withdraw from the United States Open tennis tournament due to his unvaccinated status.
What makes this a ridiculous, forced, decision is the fact that, while Djokovic is denied legal entrance, thousands of unvaccinated illegal aliens are allowed to invade our country through the southern border.
After our own CDC has admitted their dismal response to Covid-19 and their heavy handed decision making, the government continues to peddle the false narrative about a virus with a 99% survivability rate.
In a world where stupidity has become the norm, I am not surprised the United States government continues to make stupid decisions.
Minneapolis, Minnesota: Fighting Perceived Racism With Racism Of Their Own
I have been to Minneapolis, Minnesota many times during my career as a Federal Air Marshal, and I can honestly say that it was nothing to look at or a place I would take my family on a vacation.
As reported, the Minneapolis Teacher’s Union has reached a settlement with the local school district that will ensure white teachers lose their jobs first, regardless of seniority status.
I do not know about you, but this sounds pretty racist to me. They are trying to fix a perceived wrong with a bigger wrong.
Folks, this is the America we live in. Forget about merit, if you have the “complexion for the connection,” you can be the dumbest individual on earth and still get ahead.
This is not the United States that I grew up in. The United States I know, is a country where the best qualified people would get the job, regardless of color or ethnic origin.
A society based on victimhood, and not on merit, only hurt those citizens who depend on those people for their services.
I want the best people for the job. If they happen to be white or black, it is irrelevant as long as they are the best qualified individuals.
They claim they want to address “past discrimination.” The problem is that they want to fight perceived discrimination with discrimination of their own.
As the article points out, the data does not support their claim.
More amazingly is the fact white teachers have gone along with this bargaining agreement. I guess “white guilt” can be very powerful inside the minds of the psychologically weak.
Unfortunately, for Minneapolis children, they will have to settle for whatever they can get, not the best they can get.
You want to know why American kids are amongst the dumbest in the world according to OECD data? Look no further.
I was watching the USGA Women’s Amateur when I heard Rich Lerner come up with another one of his ridiculous gems.
He was talking about a reunion of all past U.S. Amateur champions when he mentioned the name of Fred Ridley.
He first referred to Fred Ridley as “Chairman” of Augusta National, then caught himself using the NBC Sports non-approved pronoun and immediately changed it to “Chairperson.”
Well Rich, the last time I checked, Fred Ridley still not only a person, but also a man. So, yes, Mr. Ridley is the chairman of Augusta National and you looked like a buffoon on national television.
I know you work for a company that is drunk on woke, but come on man, do not be that kind of stupid. At this point you are just an embarrassment.
What happened to you Rich? You used to be a person we could trust to call it the way it was.
LIV Derangement Syndrome Has Been Taken To A Whole New Level
I thought I have seen every little dirty trick the PGA Tour can come up with in their fight against LIV Golf and its CEO Greg Norman. I was wrong!
On Sunday final round of the first playoff event, the FedEx St. Jude Championship, Cameron Smith was handed a two stroke penalty for what the PGA Tour officials claimed to be an improper play during the third round.
Mind you, Cameron Smith was -11 at the end of his third round. With a victory, Smith could have overtaken Scottie Scheffler as the #1 player in the world.
Smith was definitely in contention until, oh, oh, the PGA Tour looked hard enough to find the infraction.
Just like that, Smith went from -11 to -9 and his chances of winning and becoming the #1 player in the world vanished with it.
I have no problem with professional golfers been held accountable for rules violations, but this one stunk like a skunk on a highway.
The infraction happened at the 4th hole during the third round and it was not until the morning after, and after the round was completed and the scorecard signed, the PGA Tour officials did not feel good about it.
If the PGA Tour had notified Smith during the third round, I would have gone along with it. Instead, they waited until the next day, right before Smith tee time to notify him of the infraction.
To me, that was a bunch of horse manure and deliberately done as to harm Smith chances at the #1 spot. Once the round is over the scores need to stand, period.
Sure, it is clear Smith took an improper drop and should have been penalized, but to wait almost 22 hours after the fact to notify him of the infraction was dirty and unprofessional.
With all the rumors of Smith leaving to go and play LIV Golf, and giving LIV Golf its highest ranked player today, Smith becoming the #1 player in the world was something the PGA Tour could not and would not allow to happen.
Next time, have some class and inform the player right away and not when the Tour feels threaten.
Garbage ranks higher than the PGA Tour and Cameron Smith has too much class to tell them.
Does the PGA Tour understands why players are leaving? Exactly!
The home of the former President of The United States of America, Donald J. Trump, was raided by the agents of the Federal Bureau of Investigations, on Tuesday, August 9, 2022.
This has never happened before in the history of this, once, great republic. The communists and left-wingers are celebrating as if this is something to brag about.
In fact, this is a sad day in America. Everyday Americans should be genuinely concerned as to the power exercised by the federal government. If they can do this to a former President of the United States, imagine what they can do to you.
Our federal law enforcement agencies have been infiltrated by communists and have been weaponized to eliminate any voices of dissent. This is not only limited to the FBI, but this also goes all over the federal spectrum, including the Internal Revenue Service, Department of Education, and Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms, to name a few.
Ask yourself why the Internal Revenue Service would need to hire 87,000 new enforcement agents. Enforcement agents carry guns, they are not sitting at a desk going through tax receipts.
Why would they spend over $1 million dollars on ammunition? Why would the Democrat controlled Congress vote on an “Assault Weapons Ban,” but exempt all of these federal agencies from such a ban? But I digress.
The Biden administration and Democrat congressional leaders claimed they did not know anything about the raid. Seriously? There is no way in this world that Joe Biden or Chuck Schumer did not know about it.
The authorization to raid the home of a former president has to come from the highest levels of our government. If not, then the FBI is operating as a rogue agency with no accountability, and I find that hard to believe. I am sure the communists in charge are keeping them on a tight leash.
Claiming ignorance is normal for the Biden administration, but this one they will have an extremely hard time denying. For quite some time, they have been pressuring Attorney General, Merrick Garland, to produce something against President Trump.
The January 6th Committee has come up empty and they are desperate to find something they can use to charge President Trump and stop him from running in 2024.
The Democrats will do anything to hold on to power. They are so afraid of President Trump; they are willing to destroy this republic and the Constitution in the process.
To claim they did not know this raid was going to happen, is nothing more than lies from a government that is supposed to be working for us.
Folks, raiding the homes of opposition party members is the type of thing that happens in third world countries like Venezuela and Cuba.
Russia throws opponents and government critics in gulags and throws away the keys. In China, they send government critics to re-education camps or send them to work in factories in detrimental conditions.
Is this what we want for the United States? I do not, but I know the communists in charge of our government would not think twice about putting you or me inside a hole until we die.
Our government hates us, and they are at a point where they are not afraid of telling us. By weaponizing all these federal law enforcement agencies, our government has created a de facto private army, not to fight our country’s enemies, but to fight its citizens.
What happened to the former President of the United States is unacceptable, un-American, and those responsible for authorizing such action better have a really good reason.
Anything short of a federal indictment or an arrest will make this raid out to be nothing more than theater of the absurd and a political hit job.
As a retired federal agent, I am not only embarrassed, but saddened to see what has become of a profession that I once enjoyed been a part of.
I am sure you are probably as upset as I am about this third world behavior by our federal law enforcement apparatus but remember to keep a cool level head.
My target audience is smart and understands violence is not a way to make a point. Unlike Antifa and BLM, we do not burn things to the ground, we vote. We engage in intelligent conversation and meaningful debate.
The communists want us to react in a violent way so they can justify more government control over our lives. We must resist and engage intellectually, regardless of what happens.
Has United States finally crossed the Rubicon? I think so.
