About Me

Born in San Juan, Puerto Rico, my experience expands over 29 years of Military and Federal Law Enforcement Service. I’m a former United States Army, Combat Engineer, and Disabled Combat Veteran of Operation Desert Shield/Desert Storm.

After my military career, I joined the Department of Justice, Federal Bureau of Prisons. I spent 10 years working for the Federal Bureau of Prisons at various Federal facilities in different capacities.

In March of 2002, I joined the Federal Air Marshal Service after the events of 9/11/2001. I spent the next 15 years as a Senior Federal Air Marshal and retired in 2016.

I’m a motivational speaker and policy expert on Aviation Security and the Federal Prison System.
