Thankfully for This Man Being Stupid is Not a Crime

Punxsutawney Joe and His Unsubstantiated Predictions

Do you get my bull?

Once again, Joe Biden, without factual evidence, goes around shunning unvaccinated American citizens while the majority of hospitalizations are of those who have being vaccinated and booster.

This is toilet bowl fearmongering and he should be ashamed of himself.

My Sarcastic List of Things I am Thankful for 2021

You are welcome!

Is that time of the year in which I reflect on the things I have seen throughout the year and come up with my “Sarcastic” list of events I am thankful for.

This has been indeed a crazy and very confusing year. Mostly to those who are uninformed and blindly trusting of government or drunk on their own ‘wokeness.’

I can honestly say that other than traveling abroad, my life has been pretty normal. Fortunately for me, I live in a Red State, and our governor has been pretty common sensical when dealing with the Washington imposed nonsense.

So, without further do, my most awaited list of the “Sarcastic” things I am thankful for 2021.

  1. The ‘election’ of the ‘greatest’ President and Vice President in United States history.
  2. The United States government sponsored invasion by illegal aliens
  3. Open Borders policy
  4. The Welfare State
  5. “Saint” Anthony Fauci
  6. Massive inflation, the greatest in 39 years
  7. High gas prices
  8. Energy independence
  9. Critical Race Theory
  10. BLM and Antifa FBI legitimization
  11. Defund the Police movement
  12. Unconstitutional vaccine mandates
  13. The FBI
  14. The DOJ
  15. The Department of Education
  16. The CDC
  17. Riots and burning of private property
  18. Hollywood Elite
  19. Our ‘tough’ stance on Russia and China
  20. Abortion
  21. The high IQ of the Chinese Communist Party spokesperson Lebron James
  22. Nike and their glorious and humanly operated sweatshops in China
  23. The ‘strong’ Republican party
  24. The Jussie Smollett Hoax
  25. ESPN celebration of the Bubba Wallace Hoax and the white guilt by NASCAR drivers

I am looking forward to 2022, it is only going to get better.

Real Estate Wokeness Gone Wild

How a Couple of CEO’s Don’t Think You Should Know if Your Future Neighborhood is Safe

One thing I have always done while house hunting is to make a point of visiting the local Police Department.

You may ask yourself why I do that. Simple, like Willie Sutton used to say, he robbed banks because that’s where the money was, the same thing with Police Departments, that’s where the information is, they know about the crime activity in the neighborhood.

I don’ know of anybody who willingly would want to buy a home in a crime ridden neighborhood, but that’s not what the CEO’s of Realtor.com and Redfin believe.

According to Realtor CEO, David Doctorow, the crime statistics option on their search engine has been removed from the search options.

As to the why the decision to remove such an important search from their engine, Doctorow was quoted as saying, “level the playing field” and “reimagine how we integrate safety data.”

He went on to say about the FBI Crime Statistics, “unfairly penalize communities of color.”

Mr. Doctorow wants to cover the sky with his hands and wants you to believe crime statistics are culturally biased or some other liberal nonsense.

He is trying to convince you that FBI Crime Statistics, which show that 13% of the population, who happens to be African American, are arrested for more than half of the country’s murders and 52% of major robberies, are somehow racist or inaccurate.

He may think this information is not pertinent when looking for a safe place to live.

Redfin, another real estate search engine, went on as far as to claim crime statistics were inaccurate and quote “there’s to great of this inaccuracy reinforcing rural bias.”

I am sure the FBI would highly disagree with Redfin CEO, Christian Taubman.

Perhaps, Taubman is willfully ignorant as to the reality on the ground or he is just simply too woke.

Taubman, who has zero law enforcement experience, claims, “most crimes in the U.S. go unreported.” Of course he can’t back up that claim, but alas.

A 2019 Crime Victimization Survey figures mirrored those of the FBI, indicating that Black Americans accounted for a quarter of all reported violent crimes.

Taubman went on to dismiss the results of the survey as “racially bias.”

Again, Taubman has no experience to challenge the FBI data or its conclusions. The truth is never racially biased Mr. Taubman. The truth doesn’t differentiate between color, races, or national origins.

The facts are the facts. The FBI data is a compilation of information from law enforcement agencies nationwide. They are not socially biased, they are factual reports, based on actual criminal activity and arrests.

Let’s be honest, for Doctorow and Taubman it is all about the money and not your safety. After all, I would bet Doctorow and Taubman live in nice protected communities, and not the dirt holes they would want you to move into.

They could have done this quietly, but they probably thought that by making this public, they were going to join the ‘Woke Luck Club.’

All it did was to bring back to light the reality of the 13% who get arrested for the 52% of violent crimes in America.

But, don’t despair, all is not lost. You don’t have to buy a home in a neighborhood overrun by crime because a couple of CEO’s think you are being ‘insensitive or racially biased’ for wanting to provide a safe environment for your family.

Although real estate agents can’t tell you whether or not you are buying in a good or bad area, your local police department can. You can still get that information, you just have to become your own private investigator.

Redfin and Realtor can remove the crime statistics layer from their search engines, but you have the right to purchase a home in the best neighborhood you can afford.

You have the right to know what kind of criminal activity goes on in the community you are contemplating to buy a home.

So, next time you are in the market for a home, visit the local Sherriff or Police Department, they are the best sources of information regarding the crime activity in your future community.

Unequal Rights for Women

Lia Thomas and the Penn State Women’s Swimming Team

What’s wrong with this picture? Lots!!!! Photo courtesy of newyorklatestnews.com

The case of Lia Thomas, a biological male who identifies as a woman has shaken the collegiate swimming world while shattering women’s swimming records in the process.

Lia Thomas, swam for Penn State, NCAA Division 1, male swimming team for three years , before switching to the women’s team.

How Penn State allowed this to happen is beyond me. All I can think of is ‘winning by all means’ is still alive and well in America, regardless of the consequences.

Lia Thomas has gone on to break the 1,650 Freestyle record, 500 yard freestyle U.S. record, and the establishing the fastest women’s U.S. record for the 200 yard freestyle by seven seconds faster than the next woman competitor.

Thomas is unapologetic for her success, despite the fact she is a biological man, who obviously has physical advantages over women, given to her by the nature of being a man.

More egregious to me is the fact Penn State has allowed this to take place and has prohibited the women’s team members from speaking to the press.

What happened to the women’s movement? Where’s Hillary Clinton, Sheryl Sandberg, the Pussyhat Project, and the rest of the powerful women in the United States who claim to be for women’s rights?

It is amazing to me how 0.58% have so much influence in the United States, in essence, eliminating the meaning of being a woman in society.

I am in the camp of live and let live, but this goes beyond that. The women in the Penn State swimming team have competed as biological women since they were kids.

Their parents have sacrificed a lot for these ladies to succeed and in a matter of seconds, records are shattered, not by a hard working equal, but by a biological male who found out it was more profitable to switch sides.

So what’s the future of Title IX? Title IX was enacted in 1972 as part of the Education Amendments and prohibits sex-based discrimination in schools or education programs who receive federal funding.

After all, there are two scientifically recognized sexes; male and female. You would think that the majority party of ‘trust the science’, the Democratic Party, would be in the forefront fighting for women’s rights and enacting legislation to prevent this from happening.

I have a feeling the courts are going to be pretty busy in the near future. Parents around the country are catching up to these injustices and are ready to stand up for the rights of their own children.

What does this mean for women’s sports? What would prevent a program from replacing their women athletes with biological males who identify themselves as women? We will have to wait and see, but if this keeps going on without challenge, it won’t end well for women’s sports.

I wonder what pioneering women like Elizabeth Cady Stanton, Susan B. Anthony, and the stalwarts of the suffrage movement in the United States would think of what’s happening to the women’s movement today.

I don’t think they would approve.

Can’t Melt History Away

Confederate General Robert E. Lee Statue

It has been reported the city of Charlottesville in Virginia is handing over the bronze statue of Confederate General Robert E. Lee to an African American museum to melt the statue into something “more representative” of the city’s new values.

I am wondering what those “new values” may be.

The city council voted to hand over the statue to the Jefferson School African American Heritage Center. The center has proposed to melt the bronze statue and repurpose it for another public art project.

The “Swords Into Plowshares” project “will allow Charlottesville to contend with its racist past.”

I guess the city of Charlottesville continues to be a racist place to live? Contending with the past in the present, implies, to me, the present continues to be as bad as the past.

Andrea Douglas, the museum’s executive director was quoted as saying, “It really is about taking something that had been harmful and transforming it into something that is representative of the city’s values today.”

Of course, Ms. Douglas won’t tell you what or whose values. I will like to ask Ms. Douglas how’s history harmful? Isn’t hiding the truth more dangerous than having a history to talk about?

I would love to ask the local high school student, who in 2015 petitioned for the statue to be taken down, if he or she could tell you how many Americans died during the Civil War or if he or she knew the real reasons for the Civil War.

Judging by the sorry state of our government education system, I would bet this student wouldn’t know the answers.

This is nothing more than more ‘Woke Movement’ shenanigans.

To me, this is not about a statue, this is an attempt by some people to re-write history to fit a narrative that doesn’t exist in modern day United States.

Does racism exist in the world? Absolutely! But we can’t go around canceling everything that we don’t like about our history.

History is the only thing that stands the test of time, and it doesn’t matter how many statues you remove, hide, or melt, the facts will always remain the same.

The Jefferson School can go ahead and melt the statue and make whatever they think is going to sooth their soul with it, at the end of the day, whatever they make with it will be made with the same bronze used to build the statue.

I can see the conversation going this way, ‘Son, that used to be the statue of Confederate General Robert E. Lee.’

General Lee’s statue may be gone, but his place in history will never be.

You can’t melt history away.
