The official golf season has ended and I have to say my year was fun, at times a struggle, but mostly fun.
For the first time, I played the Missouri Golf Association, Senior Series Tour, and it was a great experience.
I met a lot of good people and had the opportunity to play with really good golfers and former college athletes. The venues were formidable, and the MGA staff treated us like royalty.
I had the chance to experience a bit of what the tour life is all about. I traveled the state, staying in hotels, paying my own entry fees, and playing some of the most iconic venues in Missouri.
I played 13 tournaments and ended up tied for 8th place for the regular season. This achievement earned me an invitation to the Tour Championship on my first year participating. I finished T-8th to cap a great 1st season.
I also had the opportunity to play in the Missouri Amateur Golf Association, 2022 Senior Amateur, and it was a great opportunity. I did not do as well as I wanted to, but it was fun and met really good people on the way.
One of my best accomplishments in the 2022 season was to shoot my first even par 72 score at my home course. That was an amazing experience, and I was lucky to have share it with really great friends.
The second one was to hit my first 300+ (306 yd) yard drive at our Men’s Club Championship. I guess all my gym work and speed training finally paid off.
Now that the season is over, it is time to regroup and reassess the season. I have already setup my practice area and I am ready to tackle the winter work.
I am looking forward to next season. I hope you had a great season and wish you a better 2023 season.
The Red Wave Is Coming And The Biden Administration Is Not Happy
For two years, the Democrats have gone from the halls of Congress to the corner store, demonizing everyone who thinks or dare to suggest Joe Biden was illegitimately elected, or elected at all.
Joe Biden uses ridiculous innuendos such as “Ultra MAGA” and “MAGA Republicans” to talk about political opponents and those American citizens who voted against him and his leftwing policies.
The January 6th Committee has been seen by most as a joke and nothing more than an intimidation tool to suppress speech from those who disagree with the Biden administration.
American citizens have been languishing in D.C. jails awaiting trial and some of them still awaiting charges. I am all about the rule of law, but the rule of law should be applied equally to everyone, regardless of politics or beliefs.
As the country is on the verge of a third world war because of Joe Biden’s proxy war against Russia, the U.S. economy continues to decline, Biden’s open border policy continues to kill thousands of illegal aliens as well as American citizens, Democrats policies allow out of control crime in major cities, and an incompetent and ineffective federal government is out of control; the Biden administration and the Democratic Party are already calling the November 8th elections results as illegitimate in the event the Republican Party wins the majorities in the House, the Senate, or both.
Of course, this is nonsense and only suggests the Biden administration knows is heading towards a congressional beating of massive proportions.
The Biden administration still has not realized the country is on a financial and moral decline.
Americans, including those who think Joe Biden actually got 81 million votes, are looking at their bank accounts, the prices at the gas station, the prices of food, and they are not liking it.
The Democrats are living in an alternate reality that is not the one the American people are actually experiencing.
Since the mismanagement of Covid-19, the Biden administration has done nothing to bring back normalcy to everyday America. Instead, they have fought tooth and nail to keep in place draconian policies that did not work in the first place.
The country is at the verge of self-destruction and the Biden administration does not care.
Out of touch is an understatement to describe the Biden administration.
On November 8th, the country heads out to the polls to hold the government accountable and the Democrats are already crying foul and suggesting any loss is going to be due to Republican induced voter fraud.
I believe in the American people capacity to understand that government needs to be held accountable, not only for their successes, but also their failures.
The Biden administration has been a divisive and an utter failure. With the help of the Democrat controlled Congress they have managed to divide our country.
From the destruction of cities by the criminals of Blacks Lives Matter and Antifa, to members of Congress, like Maxine Waters, inciting violence against justices of the Supreme Court, the Democrats have been a party of evil.
It is time for the American people to stop this insanity, and is not going to be because of voter fraud, is going to be because the Biden administration has failed us, and we are going to hold him accountable.
The ‘Red Wave’ is coming and hopefully it will wash away the hate that has been harvest by the Democratic Party for the last two years.
One of the most sacred rights afforded to all American citizens is the right to vote.
I have voted in every election I have been eligible to vote. Even when I was working as a Federal Air Marshal, I submitted my absentee ballot if I knew I was going to be out of the country.
Since retiring, I have also voted in the primaries, and by doing so I have learned how important they are.
I always look forward to vote. It is the one time I have the opportunity to hold the government and its officials accountable.
Voting affords Americans the opportunity to change things, legally and peacefully.
Get out and vote, it is a right worth exercising and your future could depend on it.
Is President Joe Biden’s Alleged Request To Saudi Arabia An Impeachable Offence?
I believe so.
I will be honest, I do not trust the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, period. Unfortunately, I do not trust the Biden administration either.
In two years, the Biden administration has destroyed our energy sector, healthcare system, education system, Armed Forces, and has entered our country into a proxy war with Russia while using the Neo-Nazi regime in Ukraine as an excuse.
It has been reported the Biden administration begged the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and OPEC+ to delay their 2 million barrels oil cut until after the United States mid-term elections.
A statement issued by the Kingdom’s Ministry Of Foreign Affairs appears to suggest the same.
I do not know if this is true, but the Biden administration has been pretty quiet and has gone silent on the issue. Other than Biden kicking, screaming, and offering empty threats to the Kingdom, the United States government has gone on little offense.
I personally believe the Biden administration asked the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to delay the cut because they have nothing to run on. Everything that matters to the American people has been manhandled by the Democrats and more likely they will be destroyed at the ballot box on November 8th.
Since OPEC’s+ announcement, gasoline prices have gone up and all the Biden administration has done is blame everyone else for their own mismanagement.
If the Republicans take control of the House of Representatives it is imperative an investigation and, if necessary, impeachment proceedings be initiated against Joe Biden.
Asking a foreign country or a foreign institution to delay or advance an agenda to help a country with their internal politics is illegal in the United States.
It appears Joe Biden’s actions did just that and he will need to be held accountable for it.
Will the Republicans have the guts to follow the constitution and hold this president accountable?
Korean Boy Band BTS Members To Serve Their Country
As a former member of the United States Army who had the honor and privilege to serve my country during peace and war time, I have always believed mandatory military service should be implemented in the United States.
Every American of age should serve their country and be willing to defend it if necessary. Serving in the military not only was a great personal experience, but it taught me how to be a self-sufficient individual at a time in my life when I needed it the most.
Growing up in a single parent household, I understood there were things my mother was not going to be able to teach me and it was up to me to learn them on my own, and the military was there for me.
I understand today’s United States Armed Forces are different from when I joined in 1987. The military has become a social woke experiment in which using proper pronouns to identify men who feel like women are more important than be combat ready.
Nevertheless, the military is a great way to earn a living, earn money for an education, and give back to the country that has given many so much.
This week it was announced K-pop stars and members of Korean boy band BTS are going to serve 2 years of mandatory military service as it is the policy in South Korea.
After several arguments between BTS and the Military Manpower Administration, in addition to rumors and accusations of favoritism, the band members are on their way to serve their country.
In a time when tensions with North Korea are on the rise, it is time for these individuals to fulfil their duties.
South Korea’s mandatory draft requires all males between the age of 18 and 35 to serve in the armed forces for a term of 18 to 21 months. The oldest member of BTS, Jin, is 29 years old.
Seriously, when does a boy stop been a boy and becomes a man? At 29 years old I had already served in combat and was enjoying a new career at the Department of Justice.
As much as I would like for this type of mandatory draft to be implemented in the United States, I also understand today’s American society is one of fragility and touchy feelings.
Our military institutions have become a cesspool of social justice psychobabble and political engineering incapable of facing a worthy adversary.
Hopefully, we will never have to engage in a global war because I really doubt our military is ready to face the realities of war.
Can you imagine the Jonas Brothers serving in the military? Neither can I, but they ought to.
