ACQUITTED! For the Second Time

Once again, despite the efforts of the Democrats, and a handful of Republicans, the Constitution has prevailed once more and has withstood another test of times.

For a second time, and the country’s first, President Donald J. Trump has been found not guilty and acquitted by the Senate.  On a mostly partisan vote, with the addition of the usual Republican suspects, the Senate failed to get the 67 votes needed for a conviction.

This was nothing more than a “Dog and Pony” show that most Americans did not even watch.  The Democrats are so afraid of President Trump, they were willing to destroy our Constitutional way of government by conducting, an illegal and unconstitutional, impeachment trial under false pretenses and bogus fabricated evidence.

More embarrassing is the fact seven Republican Senators sided with the Democrats in supporting this attack on our Constitutional Republic.  This should cause pause to conservatives everywhere.

This is evidence we no longer have a Republican Party.  We no longer have a party who cares for the Constitution or the wellbeing of the American people.  If we did, they would have walked away from this unconstitutional action.  Unfortunately, the Republican leadership is weak, in both, the House and the Senate.

These politicians do not care about our country, but their own political careers.  I hope they pay the price at the ballot box, and for Americans to finally wake up and face the reality that we do not have a true representative form of government.

Now that Democrats have failed to convict President Trump, Senator Schumer is attempting to undermine the Constitution by attempting to use Section 3 of the 14th Amendment to prevent a possible Presidential run by President Trump in 2024.

Section 3 reads as follow:  “No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice-President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any State, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any State legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any State, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof. But Congress may by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability.”

This is a ridiculous approach and an even more so illegal use of the Constitution.  President Trump has been acquitted of all charges related to this so-called insurrection, therefore they failed to prove the President engaged in any acts of insurrection, rebellion against our country, or given aid or comfort to the enemy, period.

One fact does remain, we have the right to elect to office the candidate of our choice, the Constitution guarantees it regardless of party affiliation.  We choose our candidates, not the Congress or the government.

Americans saddle up because the Democrats are going to keep driving this crazy wild horse for as long as they can to distract the citizenry from the real mess, the one they are making of this great country of ours.

In the meantime, let us celebrate the fact the Constitution won, and justice was served. 

Remember, if they can do this to a former President of the United States; what they could do to you?

The Unconstitutional Impeachment Trial of President Donald J. Trump

Once again, the lawless Democrat controlled Congress have chosen to dismiss the United States Constitution and proceed with a second impeachment trial of former President, Donald J. Trump.

The Constitution is clear, this an unconstitutional action, mostly done to show the American people we do not matter, and our system of government has been relegated to a Banana Republic status.

The United States Constitution, Article 2, Section 4, states: “The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors”

First off, President Trump is no longer the sitting president, therefore impeachment under the Constitution is not a viable avenue.  President Trump left office on January 20th as specified in the 20th Amendment.  So, once again, the impeachment trial is unconstitutional and illegal. It is so unconstitutional, not even the left leaning U.S. Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts would preside over it.

The unelected dictator in the White House obviously does not care about the Constitution, otherwise he would have asked his Democrat controlled legislature to stop this circus and move on to more pressing issues.

Only an unintelligent person would believe what happened at the Capitol Building on January 6, 2021, was because of President Trump.  What happened at the Capitol was a failure of law enforcement, the intelligence community, and a minority of reckless individuals.  Video evidence has shown most of these people were allowed inside the building by the same law enforcement officers in charge of protecting the Capitol.

Many Americans present were exercising their rights as free Americans to assemble and peacefully demonstrate.   At no point in the President’s speech, did he ask for his supporters to storm the Capitol or cause harm, anybody who speaks to the contrary is lying.

This is the lie the Democrat controlled Congress is using to justify an impeachment trial on a President who has already left office.

As a professional law enforcement officer, I could see the people climbing the walls and destroying property.  These were not every day Americans; these were professional agitators in the mold of Antifa and other domestic disruptive groups.  To say these people were “White Supremacists” or “antigovernment insurgents” is grabbing the lowest hanging fruit available, and it is simply ignorant.

This was not an “Insurrection” as many in the media or our own government wants to portrait this law enforcement failure. 

“An act or instance of rising in revolt, rebellion, or resistance against civil authority or an established government.”  This is the meaning of an insurrection and what we saw at the Capitol does not even come close.

These rioters were not rising in revolt, rebellion, resisting against civil authority, or an established government.  These rioters were not doing anything more or anything less than what Antifa has done to American cities for the better part of 2020, destruction of property and supported by the lack of action from law enforcement agencies.

If you want to read about real cases of insurrection, go no further than Napoleon, Francisco Franco, Qadhafi, Idi Amin, and Pinochet, to name a few.  These individuals used insurrections to raise to the top.  If we had an insurrection in this country, it was done at the ballot box, by the voter fraud committed by the Democratic Party.

With this unconstitutional impeachment, the United States government is saying that former President Trump is no better than these dictators.  That is an insult to the American people, to our country, and to the former President.

This phony trial is a black eye on America, and we should be ashamed of the people we have sent to Congress to represent us.  This is not what I voted for.

While citizens in other undemocratic countries fight to have a representative government like that of the United States, the Democratic Party is tearing down our institutions, our culture, our history, and dismissing the Constitution to govern. 

Whopper of the Week; The Biden Anti “Wuhan/China Virus Terminology” Memo

Often times, when a politician reaches a position of power, he or she does not feel a responsibility, or a mandate, to serve the citizens or the country at large.  This is how Biden has been operating since been inaugurated on January 20, 2021.

In less than two weeks in power, Biden has issued a slew of draconian Executive Orders, breaking the record of all his predecessors dating back to G.W. Bush.  He has put our enemies interests first and has begun to take our economy back to the dismal Obama years. 

All while kissing up to China and Iran, putting American citizens in danger. 

With everything going on in our country, Biden believes that banning the use of the term “Wuhan or China Virus”, when talking about Covid-19, it is a priority. 

For a known and documented racist like Mr. Biden, it is laughable to read the main reason for this action is about quelling “Xenophobia”.

When dealing with Covid-19 concerns, he wants federal health bureaucrats to use a response that “demonstrates cultural competency, language access, and sensitivity towards AAPIs.”

What is he talking about? The last time I checked, the virus has affected Americans all of sorts of backgrounds.  Leave it to the Democrats to inject race in every aspect of our daily lives. 

I would like to know how this action helps the American people in dealing with the virus.  It does not! 

Covid-19 came from Wuhan, China, therefore it is the Wuhan Virus!

Before the 2020 election, I was paying about $2.10 for Premium unleaded gasoline with an average of $1.80 for Regular unleaded.

Four days after the inauguration of Joe Biden, gasoline prices have gone up to $2.70 for Premium and $2.29 for Regular. These prices are expected to continue to rise.

Our newly found energy independence will be wiped out in no time. Who are we going to buy oil and gas from? China? Russia?

To my liberal friends, I hope you have the same enthusiasm about Joe Biden after he ruins your economic life in the first 100 days.

Sometimes we come across words of wisdom, inspirational, compelling, or simply good words.

I found a great quote that I wanted to share with my readers and followers.

These words are as important today as when they were spoken. 

I can see my liberal friends thinking these are crazy words, spoken by some right-wing conspirator, or even President Donald J. Trump.

No, my friends, these words were spoken by one of the greatest Americans to ever lived and one of the most inspirational Presidents in the history of the United States.

On January 19, 1961, John F. Kennedy, President of the United States, a Democrat, spoke these words to the American people. 

President Kennedy understood the importance of the citizen and the preservation of freedom in a civilized society.
